Hey ya'll.
Starting the 30 day leg challenge today.
Its Lunges, Squats, and calf raises for the first few days and then it switches up to jump squats and lunge switches...
How would I go about logging this?

Just body weight exercises? I wouldn't bother logging the calories.
Body-weight exercises burn calories at a lower rate than aerobic exercises. According to HealthStatus, a 150-pound person will burn 114 calories in 20 minutes of moderate-intensity pushups and 192 calories in 20 minutes of vigorous pushups.0 -
How long is the "workout" and are you doing it high intensity? If it's one those challenges with a handful of moves and a 30 day infographic, it's probably only going to take a couple of minutes and as leggup says the calories will be negligible.0
