COVERTING NUTRITION LIST INTO MY FOOD LIST

A meal was made or me…the ingredients are not listed but the nutrition count was included as the Pro, Carb, sugar, fat and calcium …how best to convert that on my food counter

Your best bet, if you can't find something similar in the database or ask the person who made it what ingredients were used, is to Quick Add the calories0

(fat * 9) + (carbs * 4) + (protein * 4) = total cals.
Quick add the total cals, make a diary note listing the other values, and move on.
