Should I count work as exercise?

I know the app asked our activity level and I didn't know if that counted work. I am a delivery driver. Some days I walk up and down stairs all day putting away freight. Sometimes I clean the store for a few hrs. I walk back and forth on deliveries carrying heavy objects. Adding in 8 hrs of the closest workout I can find ( cleaning vigerous or light weight) seems like to many calories burned. If I really burn 500-700 calories a day at work I feel like I should be maintaining a lower healthier weight. I have been adding it in as only half the time . If I put freight away for 4hrs I only log 2 hrs of vigerous cleaning.
Thanks
Thanks

Set your activity level to lightly active. The activity levels reflects your normal work and life routines. Log purposeful exercise in addition, like going to the gym or whatever you do .3
