Hard to eat all of my calories.

I have met my goal weight.
I re-figured my Bmr and TDEE and need about 1300-1400 calories a day.
I am 66 years old and I am having trouble eating my calories.
While I was losing weight, I ate about 1100-1170 calories.
Now it seems like my stomach has shrunk
Any ideas how to get more calories in me.
As I don't want to keep losing weight.
I walk about 40 mins a day for my exercise.

I took a quick peek at your diary. The first thing you should do is stop eating all the light, diet, low fat and eat full fat products. Eat nuts and nut butters, more avocado, use a little more healthy oils in your cooking and on salad dressings, eat whole eggs, full fat dairy, oily fish like salmon that sort of thing.0

Congratulations on meeting your goal. Perhaps every so often you could enjoy a nibble of chocolate, avocado, fresh berries stirred into yogurt, a few slices of pizza. Sometimes drinking calories is easier for people - maybe a milkshake every so often, smoothies. Good luck and congratulations again!0

Peanut butter. It's like 190 calories a serving.

Yeah I would say go for peanut butter too.It is very healthy if you go for the natural kind and you can easily go thrugh a can without noticing though that may actually make you gain too much but having a normal serving with maybe some jam would do the trick. Even though I myself cannot stop with it once I start eating and easily go over my allowance for a 2000 calories for eating 200g of peanut butter with jam0

Everything that's been suggested so far and adding cheese to the list.0

You could first switch to RegulaR versions of the foods you like. If you still need calories, what ^^^SHE^^^ said!0 -
