Hi guys! Over the past years I’ve been trying to lose weight and I’ve always started diets that are way too strict and exercises that are way too intense (for beginners) and I would just get frustrated and give up. My boyfriend and his family are supporting me through my weight loss journey because I do not have a relationship with my mother. If you guys have any healthy food recipes, great workout regime, or even some kind encouragements for me I’d really appreciate it
