    choose your foods for the week ,and make sure the foods that will help you succeed are in the house . do not wait till you are ready to eat to decide what you need for the meal

    Walking is one of my favourite!
    And definitely planning meals
    I also like to weigh myself once a week
    I normally eat well and exercise regularly throughout the week and then on the weekend if I want to go out for dinner etc I can, I find it helps me stay on track

    Weigh your food. Log everything you consume. Choose activity you enjoy. Have patience.

    Agree. Start a food diary. Weigh and measure. Crunch numbers. You'll quickly find that your life is easier if you plan a menu.

    Set weekly behavioural goals and track your success. Adjust from experience.

    Your first goal may be to weigh and log all your food.
