alternative mince pies
So I can’t take the credit for these as I found them on the net. Mine came out as 23 calories each. They are actually quite nice. Not bad when you fancy a mince pie but don’t have enough calories left.

I will attach a photo of mine. I will admit mine don’t look good but they taste nice. Like a little mince pie. I didn’t have a mini muffin tin so just used a normal one. Also although I used the same bread and spray as them I couln’t make 12 with the top of the spray as a stencil. So I just cut mine into squares. 2 tablespoons of the mincemeat weighed was 75g so I cut this down to 50g. Really easy to do, just wholemeal bread, mincemeat, cooking apple and low cal spray

Hahaha, sorry a little off topic here, but I just LOVE the headline you gave this thread!
When I saw it, straightaways I had this vision of someone in the gym doing lateral/front alternative shoulder raises with a mince pie in each hand and lifting to the mouth on every rep with a whole pile of pies on a bench in front of them, gobbling up one after the other rep after up...until all the pies are gone!
Maybe you could expand the idea to incorporate some mince pie curls, presses and lunges as well?2
