So I can’t take the credit for these as I found them on the net. Mine came out as 23 calories each. They are actually quite nice. Not bad when you fancy a mince pie but don’t have enough calories left.

I will attach a photo of mine. I will admit mine don’t look good but they taste nice. Like a little mince pie. I didn’t have a mini muffin tin so just used a normal one. Also although I used the same bread and spray as them I couln’t make 12 with the top of the spray as a stencil. So I just cut mine into squares. 2 tablespoons of the mincemeat weighed was 75g so I cut this down to 50g. Really easy to do, just wholemeal bread, mincemeat, cooking apple and low cal spray

Hahaha, sorry a little off topic here, but I just LOVE the headline you gave this thread! :D:D

When I saw it, straightaways I had this vision of someone in the gym doing lateral/front alternative shoulder raises with a mince pie in each hand and lifting to the mouth on every rep with a whole pile of pies on a bench in front of them, gobbling up one after the other rep after up...until all the pies are gone! :D

Maybe you could expand the idea to incorporate some mince pie curls, presses and lunges as well?
