Help with Macros?

Im having real troubles trying to figure out my macros gaah..
What should they be set at in order to see my abs? I can see the top ones, but I really want to see the bottom as well. I do strength training 5 days a week, cardio once or twice.
Im eating between 1200-1300 cal a day
Around 125g protein
Between 120-160 carbs
Between 20-40g fat
As you can see it's kinda all over the place.
I'm 21, female 138lbs 5'6
LBM is 107-109
Also, it just stresses me out because about 90% of my carbs are from veggies!!! So, should I eat LESS veggies to see my abs? It just makes no sense to me because aren't veggies supposed to be fine? I keep seeing people say things like "you have to cut carbs all together" If that is the case then what am I suppose to eat?! gaaahh.
Any advice would be great!

20g of fat is way too low, for sure. No less than 50/55 really..
Oh and you don't havee to cut carbs..

Macros legitimately have nothing to do with seeing your abs. Nutrient profile of your foods isn't going to effect what you look like, as long as you have a calorie deficit. However, you should up your fat and focus on the combination of fat and protein. This is mainly to keep you satiated and full while you're at a deficit.0
