Starting over- looking for support

Hello everyone! I’ve decided to get back on here because I’ve gotten to the point where I’m just really unhappy with my health. I have about 70 pounds I want to lose.
I’ll have moments where I’m really motivated, and moments where I’m not. I’m looking for some support to help keep me motivated and stay on track.
Also, looking for an active motivation/weightloss support group to possibly join.
Please feel free to add me!

I think a better idea than aiming for constant motivation, is to stitch toghether a plan that is easy to stick to, and still gives you the results you want - because you can stick to it. To lose weight, all you have to do, is to consistently eat less. Not a lot less, and no foods are off-limits - you're not supposed to feel more hungry, or deprived. Way too many people fail because they try to force the process. Weight loss is slow, you can't make it faster, but you can make it nicer.0
