I am not new to MFP, but I haven't calorie counted in a while. I was doing great on my own, but not so much in the recent months. I got married in Sept and since then I have been WAY TOO relaxed about my food choices and as a result, I have definitely gained weight. I am really busy at work, so that has contributed to my poor food choices and lack of exercise. BUT I am tired of allowing life get in the way of my food choices and exercise. SO here I am again. I want to get a hold myself and continue the healthy habits I love so much.

I'm in a similar situation except that I never really got the hang of this...any suggestions since you did so well?0
