I know I don’t necessarily need a label to the foods I eat (and I completelyunderstand that you can have anything you want in moderation) but does anyone know what a diet/eating style of this is called?
Lots of Vegetables
Lots of Fruits
Lean Meats
Grains/Legumes
Nuts/Seeds
No Dairy/No Gluten/No Sugar

Paleo restricts Grains/Legumes
Vegan restricts Meats

I think they are both fine!

The closest “labels” I’ve found are:
Whole Foods Plant Based (with meat)

I mean it doesn’t really matter but just wondering!;)

Edit: I guess it is a bit silly to look for a label:)

Why not just say you eat a whole foods diet? That used to be a thing without the plant based tacked on.

Why does it need a name?

Just eat what you like and keep track of it and weigh it. Unless there is a medical reason then there's no need to go on a certain diet.
