Today was a better day. I stayed under/within my calorie goal even though there was a Christmas party at school FILLED with temptations. I also practiced self care by taking a nap after school... which turned into 3 hours (good thing I had nothing I HAD to do today) then I went grocery shopping with my boyfriend so we could meal plan for tomorrow. We found a bunch of recipes online and decided we were going to have 4 meals a day around 400 calories. So tomorrow for breakfast I will have coffee (obviously) and oatmeal. For lunch I will have a harvest skillet rice combo I made tonight. After school I am thinking maybe a tuna salad sandwich, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, or maybe fruit. And for dinner my boyfriend is making spaghetti squash pad tai for us. Hopefully I can stay with this plan.

    Also, let me say that "so, tomorrow for breakfast I will have coffee (obviously)" is, like, the story of my life ;)

    ahhhh coffee, and naps, you are making me jealous! I don't get nearly enough naps in anymore.....
