Help!!!!!

I'm so sorry to come on here again, given I had a similar problem before, but I'm desperate!!

I've done all the math, calculated 1,300 call a day. I've cleaned up my eating (cut out fizzy drinks, sweetener etc) to try and eat my calories more cleanly. I'm exercising four times a week (running 3x, badminton once) and I was feeling righteous when I dropped 2lbs quickly.

But I didn't lose another ounce in the second week and now it appears I've regained both pounds?

I know it's early doors but at 161lbs I should see the weight come off with ease to start with. If this is the trouble I'm having in the first two weeks, I'm going to struggle for every ounce. And I'm tired of fighting!!

Please help, I'm seriously depressed :(

Strange as it sounds, you may not be eating enough calories. I have had more success eating 1400 calories/day than 1200. If you don't eat enough (depends too on how much you are exercising), your body thinks it needs to go into starvation mode, and will not let go of the extra weight.

Well it's not only about calories.... You need to check your fat, carbs and SUGAR!
Many don't check sugar cause it's the hardest one to check...
I've checked couple days of your diary and you're always busting sugar by more than even I can take in a day.

I never bust anything....I've been all in the green zone for 320+ days and that's the key.
Not saying to do it but it could help you a lot.

Try to not go over anywhere....mostly sugar....Yes, fruits are super but they contain LOTS of sugar so a bit less could help....go with more veggies and see how it goes.....

Many of my friends ...started to lose weight after they lowered sugar...... So try to Take some, but stay under your zone or in it.

Anyway, it's just an idea here :)

Feel free to add me and check my diary :)

    Bye

Thanks for the heads up on the sugar there, I thought I'd cut mine right down!

Might be enough to turn the tide :)

I looked at your diary too and most of your sugar actually isn't from fruit, it's from processed foods like yoghurt, granola bars etc. Maybe try eating more fruit & veg instead. You could try natural yoghurt and add your own fruit.

Also you do seem to go over with your cals/fat/carbs and eat a things like flapjacks and chocolate bars. I'd try eating a lot more fresh foods if you can.
