Eating too much!!

I recently started working out again, every day. I usually do some strength training then move on to at least 30 min of cardio. I find myself getting hungry alot more often than i used to. Is the exercise causing this? If so should i stop working out and just eat my goal?

    I know the feeling, I used to a thousand calories over my goal when I started exercising more. It regulates over time trust me, do not stop exercising it is much more healthier. Just wait awhile and stick through it you may gain a few pounds but it should regulate easily after a short period and you'll loose the pounds.
