Good morning/afternoon everyone :) I will like to know is it okay if you don't eat all of your calories, I know at least 100 is okay but I am referring to about 300. Sometimes after a long day I do not have an appetite and I will drink water or go to sleep. is that bad?

Look at your weekly calories, not daily

it depends on how consistently you are doing it and what your calorie goal is to begin with. Lots of people look at their calorie goal averaged over a week and go a bit over and a bit under different days. Realize 1200 calories/day is generally accepted as the minimum intake for a woman to get adequate nutrition, so if you are well below that consistently then you should rethink your plan.

How accurately are you logging? If you're using a food scale and eating under 1,200 a day.. you should eat more. If, however, you're using measuring cups and still eating above 1,200.. yeah you're fine.
