Will the stairmaster build glutes?
I know it's cardio but will it help with the glutes? Help get the bubble butt lol
I do lift but want to add a little more cardio. And just curious if i can find a cardio that might have some other benefits.

You'll work your glutes more, if you take 2 steps at a time instead of 1.0

Didn't you post last week that you do Crossfit 5x/week on top of lifting 3 or 4x/week? Plus you're trying to lose weight? Adding stairmaster on top of that is not going to help you build your glutes. It's just going to burn more calories.1

What else are you doing in addition to the stair master? While it can be great for some glute activation and perhaps some minor growth with added resistance, strength training is going to be responsible for the majority of your glute building. You really want to be mindful of doing too much and impairing recovery and performance from your strength workouts.0
