2018 - My Power Year!

Hi! I'm 35, I have been overweight since I was 7, morbidly obese for 10+ years, and my body has had it! I'm want to lose 100 pounds this year! I've lost 15 in the first month - this is gong to happen! :) Looking forward to connecting with all of you!

    Sounds awasome, and it's a great mindset - I want 2018 to be my Power Year, too ! My weight in itself is fine, but I need to gain in muscle and get more power in my movements.

    To get where I want to be, I need to give priority to my training and plan for a non negociable session of 45min each morning. And run some intervals, even if I hate it, it gets better over time

    What are the most important things you need to do?
