    Hmmm . . . lost 50+ pounds in just less than a year, maintained a healthy weight for 2 years since, tuned up my nutrition, dropped my high cholesterol/triglycerides and blood pressure solidly into the normal/healthy zone, "met" a bunch of motivating and knowledgeable people, learned bunches about nutrition and health . . . .

    Other than that, not much success with MFP. ;)

    I've lost just over 100 lbs since 1/3/2017 but still have about 60 more lbs to lose, which is my goal for 2018.
