Anyone getting results from their tracker like I have? I find it to be a great accountability resource. Dropped 20 lbs in little over a month!

I got a FR 230 a couple months ago and have been really happy with the activity tracking capabilities and its features as a running watch. I used to have a gps watch and fitbit one, they have done a good job merging the technologies into one gadget over the past few years, it was nice to be able to upgrade and consolidate.0

you don't look on the large side.. 20 pounds seems awfully aggressive.. IMO0

I don't get the connection between a tracker and losing a dangerously unhealthy amount of weight in a short time. I assume it was a lot of water, that it was more than a month and/or that you're exaggerating your loss.
And I don't get what the brand of tracker has to do with it.0 -
Are you prospecting?0
