Night time ritual

I've been having watermelon at night to satisfy my sweet tooth and this "tea" (I don't like most herbal teas. I like black tea but it keeps me up at night):

1/2 lemon juice
zest of 1/2 lemon
few mint leaves
1/2 tsp ginger (I have ginger in a jar but have also used fresh)
add 1 cup boiling water

I love it!

    Nice, I drink copious amounts of lemongrass and ginger tea throughout the day. It's lovely and refreshing.
