Back after long absence

So I used this app a couple years ago, it helped with weight goals but I got sidetracked and days turned to weeks...months...etc.. and I just forgot about it. Stumbled upon it today and used it to track what I ate and remembered what a great source of motivation it can be. Not sure about the message board part, but figured posting about re-committting to this may help stay on track. Have adopted the Paleo diet and seeing some pretty good results, but getting in a rut due to horrible cooking skills, salads and eggs are appealing for only so long! Looking forward to this health journey, hoping to stay committed a little better than my last attempt!
