Need help losing 15 pounds

I been stuck at 206 since August. I’ll go down 203 and then back 206. All I want is to 190 and it’s not happening. Please help

age? height? How many calories are you consuming? whats your workout routine like? how many calories do you log for workouts? do you eat those back? how many of those calories do you eat?0

If it’s been several weeks and you haven’t lost weight, you need to eat fewer calories. If you’re tracking your food, look for areas to cut back - don’t worry about following a specific diet or plan or macros, just cut something back permanently. Then cut something else. Start walking more - 10 minutes a day, every day. The changes have to be ones that will last, so don’t go extreme. Just one change at a time, one day at a time. It will happen. You can do this!0
