STRESS!!!!!.... my Final exam is on 9/11.. yeah I know..what a sad date for America and everyone in this world... :(
Anyway I was thinking that I might have to break my no sugar rule (I am off sugar for 52 days now and I dont miss it at all) for the week before my final exam and on that day too.
They say sugar is good for your brain and I need tons of brain to nail that exam down...
I want your opinion guys cause after that I will have to rehab from sugar all over again and it wont be nice...
Do you know any other foods that help brain to think better and that help memory too?
Any nutrition advice is welcomed :flowerforyou:

Love
Timi

Just keep drinking lots of water! Eating healthy will already help your concentration! Hope you ace those exams :)

Omega 3 is always said to boost brain power, so if you like fish then salmon, mackerel and sardines are all good for that

I would not start eating the sugars again, you are doing so well without it.

Think you should look for sweet things without the sugar in it, like raisins or something.

I wouldn't be able to go without sugar like you do, but i do wanan cut back on it, don't really understand why i still get so much in (my breakfast seems to contain a lot, the muesli part is 26 gram, but is all seeds and dried fruit, thought that it didn't contain sugar actually)

cereals have insanely much sugar yeah..
