Anyone feel crap after eating bad

I have been eating very well over the past year and have lost 4st so far with 3 to go but have noticed the as time goes on my reaction to junk food get worse.

I had some pizza/garlic bread etc over the weekend along with plenty of ice cream & over the next few days I have been tired,sluggish & abit depressed, I am just starting to feel myself again after being on good food for a few days. Does anyone else feel bad after a junk food binge ? I do have a indian takeaway or pizza from time to time as I do not restrict myself on my diet changes so I don't feel deprived but in the main over the last year I have eaten healthy & good food along with plenty of walking hence my good weight loss over time.

Just wondered if anyone feels the same after eating bad it's not a problem I am just curious.
