Hi all,
I've just joined MFP and wanted to get involved in the community. I am 54 years old and other than weighing a little more than I would like, I am in relatively good shape. I work out 4 to 5 times a week. My biggest obstacle is that I travel about 5 months out of the year. Hotel living makes eating healthy a challenge. I have just started a Paleo lifestyle which should help. When I drive I carry a 35 pound Kettlebell and have a 15 minute routine that still kicks my butt. I look forward to interacting with everyone. If there are any groups that are geared towards this post please feel free to recommend.

    Hey brother! I totally understand how traveling and sticking to your regime is a bit tough! I travel the world playing wheelchair basketball and it's always tough making sure I get quality meals in. I think there are lots of keto/paleo groups on here so you shouldn't have an issue at all! Welcome to MFP!
