Hi everyone, my name is Nicole. I have recently downloaded this app along with a few others to in order to help me become the best version of me I can. I currently weigh 162 and am aiming for 150-145. I've talked about doing this for a while now, but talking doesn't change anything. I can't wait to get started!!
