looking into buying a lever belt do I want 10mm or 13mm?
I do have a history of lower back issues that my current 10mm belt has helped with. Its a nice single prong but my long term cut has left it bigger than I would prefer.

I personally prefer a 13mm belt for heavy squatting,I feel it gives that little bit extra support
If you plan on using it for dead’s, rows, ohp
As well, then a Quality 10mm is perfect
The main thing is to get a quality belt
It will last your lifting life0 -
decided on a 10mm simply because that is what I have and I like the belt just ant a lever.
