I have been doing HIIT workouts for 3 weeks & only experiencing DOMS now. I’m not sure what to do.

Get over it? Nothing wrong with DOMS.

What does your HIIT workout entail?

Describe your workout and how it's scheduled.
Describe your DOMS - slight ache or struggling to get out of bed?

With so little information given the options range from stop to suck it up and carry on!

How often are you doing it? I only do HIIT once or twice a week as it's just one part of an overall fitness plan. I do weights and starting to do longer aerobic workouts too. HIIT is good for "fast twitch" muscle so you can be faster and explode but not so great for endurance or general strength.

Either do, or do not; just do not try! <or something like that>
