I'm starting Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 today, anyone else?
My plan is 6 days per level, 1 rest day, also including running 3x a week and yoga 1x a week.

I'm also doing the RI30, today was the 3rd day of week one for me. I plan on doing it 7 days a week + other workouts such as walking/jogging/zumba. There is an open group here on MFP with a bunch of people doing RI30, if you like I can invite you

I started today, because I like starting new routines on Monday. I'm going to do Ripped in 30 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, running on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, and a do-whatever-the-heck-I-please workout on Saturdays.0
