Just signed up today. I just started the A new diet and looking for support. So excited to do this!!!

    You can lose weight by eating what you'd like in a calorie deficit. Why not just do that?

    I had to Google this diet to see what it was. I saw a list of foods allowed....all foods are allowed if you eat at a deficit, you'll lose weight. I also see that this is a Dr. Oz thing...I'd recommend against.
