10 days, haven’t lost a pound. Discouraged

Hi! My calories per day are 1,260.
I have been losing a pound per week like clockwork.
Started oct 26th
Lost 13 pounds
Calories are 1,260
I have been eating things that don’t have a calorie number like homemade chili someone else made and I guessed at the calories. I’ve been snacking a little her and there, could that be it? Or is this naturally what happens after a few months (slowed results)
Thank you

Ten days without losing is normal. Have you begun or increased exercise in this time? Are you at or nearing TOM?2

I have not worked out, and I’m sorry I don’t know what Tom means :I
Glad to hear it’s normal0 -
TOM=time of the month
And very normal. http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10084670/it-is-unlikely-that-you-will-lose-weight-consistently-i-e-weight-loss-is-not-linear0 -

TOM= Time O' the Month, an euphemism for the evil week women experience monthly.
Best advice:- Tighten up the logging. (Calculate that chili! And log the snacks.)
- Wait
Time will suss out the rest. Sometimes we retain water for the most asinine reasons. Reasons we don't even realize. Give it a bit more time.2 -
How much weight are you trying to lose? What are your stats?0

Trying to lose a total of 30 pounds. I have lost 13 so far! I am 5’3 started at 165 goal is 135.1

It's totally normal to have a week when you don't lose weight, even when you're perfectly on plan. If you're guessing or estimating for some meals (as it seems like you are), then it's even more common for weight loss to be somewhat slower or more unpredictable.1

Forget about weight for a while...that can mess with your head. Instead, take a picture once a week, same day, same time, same lighting, same clothes. For me, I do it Saturday morning when I first wake. I'll be 5lbs heavier Monday morning than Saturday morning and look wildly different from the post-weekend bloat. If I worried about weight, I'd start each week depressed.2

It took time to put weight on, it'll take time to take weight back off. There are a plethora of varying factors. Just because you have lost a pound a week like clockwork thus far doesn't mean you always will. Body weight jumps up and down. Hidden calories (or unaccounted for calories,) hormones, hydration, plateaus, activity levels, not just the amount of calories you're eating, but what kind of foods you're eating to get them...they're all factors. I wouldn't sweat it until it's been a couple more weeks of no loss. At that point, you may need to change your caloric intake (and not necessarily lower calories either) and/or activity level.1

Thank you everyone, feeling better about it now3

You are making great progress. Try to tighten up your logging a bit. If you aren't using a food scale at this point it might be helpful to use one. You will have a few stalls along your journey. My remedy for that was to up my exercise a bit.2 -
Hey I’m in the same boat!!! Ten days no loss. I’m so glad I’ve been through this before and know all the tricks of water weight. It doesn’t make it easier though. I was really disappointed this morning.
So what did I do? I had the thought “I know someone else is going through this RIGHT now, with me. I’m not alone, I see it all the time”
So I come in here and see your post. I read all the wonderful, knowledgeable, sensible advices and I breathe a sigh of relief. Because it’s true. It will happen, it just takes time. And for me, tightening up the logging.
Thank you for sharing and thank you all for replying.5
