Good day

I am Auryn from south Africa

I am currently 25 years old and weigh about 130kg(guesstimate-Afraid to weigh myself...)
Y current long term girlfriend is a very fit person and is constantly telling me i need to lose weight, she is a nurse)
My heaviest was about 145 kg.
I have been working on a large tract of land I bought and am planning on self building.
I want to start at a gym, but really intimidated and afraid that my money will go to waist should I fall off(Ive never been able to commit myself to long tern weightless this is my first go.)
My goal is to get down to about 85-90
I am afraid of the loose skin so I also plan on building muscle after reaching my goal weight.

I am here hopefully to help with the motivation of losing my weight and bulking up a bit after the fact.


Backround:
I was 65kg when I was 11
120 when I was 16
140 when I was 22
Played Rugby in highschool, cycled/walked 8km per day throughout highschool
I lost half my right hand when I was 12
Had both sides of my male breasts removed when i was 18. ( the doctor's theory was that after my hand injury, It may have stunted my puberty. had to go on testosterone shot for 9 months)
