McDonald's vs. Burger King veggie burger?

Is the new McDonald's veggie burger (in Norway) a bang or a bust. Which one would you choose and why.

And if anyone can tell me the sodium on the micky d's one, let me know.

So the Mcdonalds one says this "spread between the familiar rolls of bacon" way to make it non veggie burger you clown. bwhahahahahahaha

Why not try both and see which one you like? for 60 calories difference, taste would be the only deciding factor there0

As for the sodium, it shows 2.5g of salt (suolaa) in the McVegan. That translates to ~969 mg of sodium.
And the BK one has more protein (22g vs 19 g) than the McD one, and has fewer Cals, so I'd go with the BK.

BK looks better to me also. Take out the mayo and bk is only about 300 calories. McDonalds with 22 grams of fat is tough to swallow. For healthy, I'd rather have a grilled chicken sandwich.
Not everyone is on a low fat diet though . . . 22 grams of fat is less than what I had in my lunch today.
Is the McVegan being specifically marketed as a low fat or healthy option? I would imagine the target audience is people who are uncomfortable with a grilled chicken sandwich for reasons that have absolutely nothing to do with fat consumption or health.0 -
I really enjoy this vegan salad from a local place if I happen to buy lunch. It has 490 cal and 29 g of fat (more than the McVegan), and I don't consider that a reason to avoid it. (Ingredients are tofu, hemp seed blend, chickpeas, avocado, carrot, creamy chia dressing, and a mix of greens.) 29 g of fat isn't hard to fit in, especially as I often have one lower fat meal and anyway don't limit fat (some sources of fat, sure).
And yeah, I assume the idea is to have an entree that works for someone avoiding animal products (as well as something non-breakfasty for a vegetarian).0
