I like this! My goals are:
    1) "Smash" my 50-miles-in-December goal and go for 65
    2) Long run on Christmas Day up the logging road
    3) Keep logging and have faith in the process!

How’s everyone doing on year-end goals? I have logged everything, and I’ve been drinking my water. I’m not hiking in the 5 degree temps but I AM making it to the gym where the treadmill will have to do. How’s everyone else? Any new goals for these last few days of ‘17?

    Cardio, cardio and more cardio.
Weather here is unbearably cold but my elliptical and neighborhood gym are getting frequent visits. Have to beat the mad rush of new years resolution people clogging up all the stations!

I am still, as ever, CRAP at logging. Been getting to the gym every day since I finished up my family requirements, though :)

Leading up to the new year, I'm just trying to continue logging everything I eat. This whole month has been a bit hectic with family road trips and online grad school work so I've just been trying to maintain my weight instead of stressing about losing because it's not happening right now. I'm also mentally preparing myself for the shift, once the festivities end and everyone goes back to normal, I'm preparing my workout schedule and indulging less. I also wanted to sign up for MFP premium on the 1st to decide whether or not I want to invest in that. Got some new workout DVDs and ebooks to read so I'm ready for the fresh start

I had lost 53lbs. I stopped tracking and caring. I put back on 8. My goal was to get rid of that 8 before New Years. Only 0.4lbs left to get back to where I was. Then I need to set realistic and healthy weight loss goals for the new year. No rushing.

    Progress is 50-50 ...
    1) knee and ankle problems have slowed me up but if I get 3.25 miles tomorrow, I will meet my weekly and monthly goals for Dec
    2) did not happen even a little bit; partly due to that knee, partly a treasured and short visit
    3) I have missed some half-days and logged them later and gone (way) over, but this is kindof a blip. Trying to return to sanity...
