2018 Goals

I love setting goals as a way to motivate me each year. This year I have signed up for races progressing in distance as a way to set up a training season and to hopefully loose some weight. What are your goals for next year?

June - Escape the Cape Sprint Triathlon
Aug-Rev3 Pocono Mountains Olympic Triathlon
Sep-Philadelphia Rock N Roll Half Marathon
Oct- Sea Gull Century Bike Ride

    Transforming into a better me (mind and body) by completing a 16 week challenge and hopefully kicking butt the whole way!

    -30lbs by May (5lbs/month)where I am not obsessing over things in a really unhealthy way, I need to let go of being way too number focused every single day and just focus on overall progress.
