I have been working really hard on myself for the last year and a half and now I am stuck. I still want to lose another 80lbs and I don’t seem to be moving. Help!

There is no string of profanities long enough to adequately express the "WOW" factor in that before and after.13

Thank you! It’s been a tough road.6

You've lost so much it's hard to even help with the stuck part. I feel kinda dumb even asking, but...
Do you use a food scale?
How long have you been stuck?
Have you recalculated calories as you've lost?4 -
AMAZING!!
Keep on keeping on girl it'll happen..0 -
Incredible transformation! A few things you might want to do to help break through the plateau:
Remember.. You already know how to lose weight - but revisit the basics - the formula has NOT changed, but you have. Your calorie requirements at your current weight are less than they were when you started.
Tighten up your logging as much as possible (can't see your diary so I don't know how accurate it is now)- track everything, weigh everything, pick the green checkmark items on the food searches only.
Drop your daily calories by 250
Increase your daily burn (add a little more exercise to the mix)
You will reach that goal - I'm sure!!6 -
You look amazing! Be proud of your accomplishments! You'll reach your goal. I'm down 35 pounds since early August and I've hit a few plateaus along the way. What helps me is to eat at maintenance for a bit. A day or two, or even a week. Then reduce calories again.3

Don't freak out......you just need to let your body know who's boss! Stick with it and it will finally give in to what you are doing!!
Track to the very last bite!
You deserve a medal1 -
Well done!0

Wow you are doing great!! How long has it been since you stop losing weight?0

I have nothing helpful to add, but shazam! Wow! What a change!! I second the advice from above and would say to just stick with it. You have done so much good to yourself. Keep it up! You look fantastic! Set a fitness goal, maybe? I don't know. You will break through this. Just keep working at it.
Wow!!!1 -
It’s really hard, and I know I need to be proud of how far I have already come. I just have to maybe take a step back and see where I can make adjustments. I am really good at beating myself up. I need to stay positive. Thank you.1

Ok you look amazing and that shirt you are wearing in your progress pic is now my favorite thing ever.0

You have accomplished something truly amazing. I know we all feel like what we have isn’t good enough ay times but my gosh what a transformation!!!!! Maybe your next goal could be something fitness related since you are getting so close to goal weight??1

What an incredible accomplishment! Congratulations! You look great! Keep going... Your weight loss may slow down, and you may have to increase/change your activity a bit and change your diet as well, but you can do this! Don’t give up!0
-
applause... what work and determination you have. So..the body stops losing for a bit to adjust.. just take all this advice.. read the thread that was suggested...and you'll figure the last part of your journey. you're inspirational!0

whoa, you look amazing. You're beautiful! (You don't look like you have 80lbs more to lose....). 157 lbs in 18 months is a lot and quite fast, so much so that perhaps you have not had time to enjoy your loss or process it. Maybe the maintenance break and/or refeed is a good idea, or focusing on a fitness or other goal for a while.2

Wow!! You've done wonders! I hope 2018 will see you to your goal!0

Awesome job!!0

Happy New Year! Time to switch it all up!0

Amazing job so far on your weight loss! I have lost about 155, and have about 30 to go and have been stuck as well, but for me I KNOW that it was mental i just didnt care enough to push myself. My goal is to get back on low carb, track everything and dont cheat myself out of the goals I originally set! Let me know if you want to be accountability partners to lose the last of our weight!1

what an absolute inspiration you are!0
