This whole thread is very funny. I understand the confusion but it seems like context should shed some light. What would a snatch (meaning genitalia) waistline look like? Would certainly take some repositioning...5

It’s simply not widespread and common yet because it’s mostly being used in the fitness community. She’s not talking about the “naughty” version of the word.
It became popular with corsets training, they call it waist snatching. It’s also a popular form of surgery to create the “perfect” waist to hip ratio. All of which are pop culture influenced and absurd. However, it’s seems she was using it as slang and not in it’s true context.
It's. Like 2018 who still thinking that way when everything is diverse
In its current modern definition, the above IS what it means. I’m not talking about the 1800’s, but now. The Kardashian’s were huge on selling waist snatchers, which is anti-fitness. So, whether one understands the old world use of the word or even the modern use of the word, it’s still not something we should be doing.
And OP, not trying to jump on you, I apologize if it feels that way. But I do believe in tough love and honesty, and I know you’re a smart adult that can choose to communicate in a way that all people will be able to connect with. I would say the same thing to my friends or family, just trying to help you out.5 -
