Just Setting It Up

Hi one and all.
I've just signed up this week and spending an hour a day setting things up and getting used to the site. I will get going properly next week.
I'm 5,10 and 175 pounds. I'm not too concerned about the weight it's the Beer Belly that troubles me, so I'm here to loose fat and put on some lean muscle. My initial target is to get down to 154 pounds which should take care of the love handles and add a bit of muscle, then build up to about 160 without the fat.
I'm off for a 2 week break at the start of September and would like to be down to around 170 pounds by then, so that gives me 5 weeks.
