Hi: I would love to lose 100 pounds. That would put me at 127 lbs, the weight I was when I married my hubby 27 years ago. I cook for my family every night and it is difficult to find recipes that satisfy three adult males with big appetites with out me having to cook a seperate meal for myself. I try to limit fat and watch portions as best I can. My really big struggle is I have a strong sweet tooth. Any suggestions for dealing with these issues is appreciasted- Thanks, Janet

You can, and I think you should, eat the same meals as your family. You don't have to limit fat, but you need to portion correctly, watch portions as best I can is not going to cut it. Use a food scale, the recipe builder and your food diary. What is the sweet tooth like? Do you crave more when you have some, or is it satisfied? The answer to this is your guide to what to do with it. Your goal is to eat less overall without feeling deprived.0
