Mini woosh

After pizzagate at the weekend i weighed in a pound heavier at 12st 9lbs.now i have been very well diciplined this week and to my amazement ive just weighed in at 12st 5.6lbs my lowest ever adult recorded weight.

I could cry

After a couple of weeks of bumbling around 12st 8 its just wooooshed

Sorry i just had to share.was it the pizza that got me moving??
