Hi everyone,
I need suggestions of protein for my meals, specially breakfast...it seems I don't eat enough but am at a loss as to what I should eat. I work out at the gym 3 times a week (jogging and weights) and yoga once a week, so am unsure what I need in terms of quantity of protein. Aynone?
I thank you ahead of time!

MFP's protein goal is a good starting point. Is that what you're struggling to reach? Do you have any dietary restrictions? Foods high in protein are meat, fish, eggs. Foods modeate in protein are beans and pulses, grains and dairy.

All of these are good suggestions. Look at the protein content on the yogurt though. It can vary quite a bit, so try to select one with at least 12g of protein per serving. I like Fage 2%, personally. Also, you did not mention needing it to be vegetarian, so I would also add jerky, deli meats like ham and turkey with a slice of cheese, and shrimp cocktail. Also sashimi if you like it. If you are still struggling to meet your protein needs, a protein powder supplement is helpful.
