    I don't understand the question. A meal doesn't keep me on track if my mind is careening off track.

    My brain is the same brain on track as off, so keeping mindful of properly accounting for everything eaten is a complex interplay of helpful and harmful desires that I have to keep wrestling with all the time.

    Today, it's been a danged WWE match.
