    During my period I am seldom hungry honestly. It is the direct opposite of ovulation, I’ve got to force myself to eat at times. Glad to see I’m not alone in this!!!

    It's more during my period than ovulation for me, but yes. For two days or so I am STARVING. I just try to stay as well as I can within budget, but don't worry if I go a little over. I figure my body must just a bit extra for a bit.
