Into Boxing

Anyone else use boxing training as a main source of fitness. I'm a cyclist above all else, but I'm turning to boxing to build strength, endurance and muscle tone.

Anyone else into boxing? I'm always curious to hear other workout routines.

    I was a member of a boxing gym a few years ago - it was a great workout, and certainly improved my fitness. I've still got a pretty good punch.

    Being in a calorie deficit was responsible for making me look more toned, and resistance training whilst in a calorie surplus helped me grow bigger muscles.
