Finally under 150KG! (330 pounds)

I finally made it to under 150KG! In Australia it’s a big deal as it’s the weight limit of many things - ladders, exercise machines etc.
People are starting to notice the weight loss too - it used to be a twice a week thing but now I barely go a day where it isn’t mentioned multiple times. I used to think I’d get sick of it but it’s really encouraging!
How I did it is by using MyFitnessPal and being as strict as possible. I try and now abstain from any food I don’t have a good idea of the nutritional values it has.

Well done! And you will go on to succeed! I am one of those types that get into a lift and see the max weight and number of people in it. I then divide to find the average weight per person in the lift. It works out at 80kg..... so that is my incentive to lose another 20kg to get that far!!.0

Wow, that's an awesome milestone to reach! Bravo!
I lost 35 kg and got to goal by being "strict" by only eating things I could log, i.e. knowing the calorie count, but I ate whatever I felt like.
I stayed within my calorie limit, and have kept the weight off for 20 months and counting. I found that this plan would see me through to maintenance and beyond, and I've never had to change plans or diet or fall off any wagons.
I wish you continued success!0
