My waist is 29 inches, and my thighs are 20.5 inches. Im quite short, only 5'3 and weigh 128 lbs. How much pounds, or inches should I try to loose? Or do I even need to loose any weight? here's photos for better description.

Same height and weight as me and i think i look just fine and consider myself healthy. Long term i intend to lose a bit more but im basically skin and bone in most places so id never expect to count by inches lost. So your likely just fine, But do whatever you wanna do. Why would we know...

Edited to add: You have 1 inch more on your waist and 0.5 less on your thighs than me. Thats basically nothing. So we have the same body lol. Your probably just fine.

Fitness goals have nothing to do with how big your waist Is?

You're not obese, so it's up to you, not us, whether to change your measurements. Personally i would prioritize performance goals over appearance. So things like strength, speed, agility, endurance, etc. When those are good, people tend to automatically develop a fit physique. :+1:

I weighed in at 126 this morning - still got a 31inch waist and I’m just an inch taller than you. I think with your measurements I’d be quite happy, but I just don’t have a shape I’m satisfied with, so I’m aiming to go down to 116 ^.^

You're actually at a healthy weight I would recommend you eat at maintenance, and taking up a progressive lifting program.

I’m aware of that and I appreciate your input, but a lower weight is my preference :)

In your post you asked Or do I even need to loose any weight? " [\b] I gave my opinion and stated you shouldn't , and there mentioned the same thing as well. If you don't want that advice maybe not asking that question will limit the response you see about it. Good luck!

I was responding to the Ops question, and somehow ended up quoting yours.
