No sugar January 2018

Dear all, as I noticed I have a sugar addiction. I crave every day for ssomething sweet. So I want to give up on sugar for one month to defeat it! All additional sugar, will be a no go! Just fruit is ok and once a week some homemade cake maybe with stevia oder xylitil! Join me!

I did pretty good today other than some peanut butter that was labeled "natural". I realized that it does have added sugar.0
