    That's a really aggressive goal.

    People tend to burn out when they go at this too hard.

    Set a realistic goal of 1/2 kilo per week, that way you'll get enough food and you won't feel deprived. You'll probably lose faster than that, but be realistic. Binge/restrict tends to happen if you set your calories too low.

    I have lost 1st and 13lbs In just over a month so by end of April , should be ok
