Hi, I'm a middle aged male, 5'10 and have struggled with my weight for decades. I have been as high as 208, got as high as 193 recently, and this app is the only thing that has kept me on track and helped me lose weight. I am down to about 180 now, and trying to bring it to 177, then 172 or 173. Those last 7 pounds are sometimes the hardest so I'm coming on board now. Just started exercising after a long dry spell because of physical limitations, but I walk on average 10k steps a day, which definitely helps. All success to you in keeping fit and losing weight!
