Hello... I'm max, and... I'm new to this....wanted to find some people I can compete with, not really fun doing this alone and it's more fun having people around you...

    Hi... I am Lea I just joined the premium free month trial today. I am not fit at all and my first aim is to get moving. I have set myself a goal of 10000 steps a day and half an hour of exercise which I think will be a walk or a swim. Would like to connect with people in the same position with similar goals so I can be in a nonjudgmental environment to help me on my journey. Oh and I am Aussie, I think this is an American App so I thought I should mention that because there may be time differences. OK well that’s it in a nutshell :-)

    Good luck! I did well with the 10000 steps goal for quite a while earlier this year - if I did a run. I have a mostly
    Sitting job and struggled unless I did that run, but if you’re walking for a half hour daily that should be a really good start. Also Aussie. I’m in Perth.
